Who we are

MyAiAssistant.com is operated by Niall Hackett, Co. Louth, Ireland (the "data controller"). Contact: hello@myaiassistant.com.

What we collect

• Email signup: your email address, to send guides and updates (legal basis: consent).
• Contact form: name, email, business name and message, to reply to your enquiry (legal basis: legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract).
• Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies, anonymised usage data via Google Analytics (legal basis: consent).

Processors

Form submissions are stored in GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc., USA), our CRM. Analytics, if accepted, is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. Transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep data

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, or longer where we enter a contract and must keep records for Irish tax law (6 years).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Affiliate links
